Delivery Policy
• We charge $6 for delivery in our local delivery area for each address (this fee could change outside our local delivery area).
• For same day delivery in the US, orders must be received before 12 noon in the time zone of the delivery area. If orders are received after 12pm, your order will be delivered the following day.
• While we strive to make deliveries at specific time of day, we cannot guarantee it.
• We do not deliver on Sunday. When a request for a Sunday delivery is received, it will be delivered on the following business day.
• A delivery to a cemetery or rural route cannot be guaranteed.
• For your international orders, call our shop directly and we will eagerly accept your order.
Substitution Policy
We go to great lengths to keep the style, theme, color, and flower selections of your selected floral arraignment the same. At times a substitution is necessary due to the availability of your chosen flowers in other parts of the country; when this happens, we will always use flowers of equal value. Substitutions for some keepsake items may also be necessary when demand is high such as during holidays. For single flower arrangements, every attempt will be made to match the flower type, but another color substitution may be necessary.
